The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at contact@aalahuzrat.com to arrange for an exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at aalahuzrat@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
